A Family Business Inspired by Better Health

Founded in 2011, ZERO Slim & Healthy was created by Australian naturopath, herbalist and published author Enza Giardina, together with her family, with one simple goal—to make healthier eating easier without sacrificing the foods people love.

The journey began in 2007 when Enza discovered the remarkable benefits of konjac, a traditional plant that has been enjoyed throughout Japan and China for over 1,400 years.

Made from the konjac root, these unique foods are naturally rich in glucomannan fiber, offering a healthier alternative to traditional noodles, rice and pasta.

Recognizing the potential health benefits for her patients, Enza set out to introduce authentic konjac products to Australia and New Zealand. With the support of her family, ZERO was born.
